Hoiana Beach Villas is a limited collection of just 198 beachfront villas set inside the 1,000-hectare Hoiana Resort & Golf — one of the largest integrated resort developments in Central Vietnam. With only 12% building density, each villa is designed as a private sanctuary rather than a standard resort unit.

The project is developed by Nam Hoi An Development Company (HASD), with international partners VMS Group and New World Development — one of Hong Kong’s leading real estate groups. Main contractor: Coteccons. Architecture and interiors: Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), a leading Asia-based design studio.

Hoiana Beach Villas sits directly on 4km of private coastline in Nam Hoi An, positioned between three UNESCO World Heritage Sites:

Villas are handed over fully furnished (Full OS&E), with structural and MEP engineering by Aurecon Vietnam and landscape design by Coopers Hill (Thailand).
